Install Glix Returns on your store, then open it from your Shopify admin.

• Customer portal. Customers request returns and exchanges from your store.
• Navlungo shipments. Return pickups and exchange shipments, with labels and barcodes.
• Tracking. Returns are marked received when the parcel arrives at your warehouse.
